While care is taken in the selection of services Hassle-free Tours Ltd make no representation as to any services provided or places visited. Hassle-free Tours Ltd will not be responsible if any services are not available due to inclement weather conditions. Services may be altered or cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Hassle-free Tours reserves the right to alter prices, schedules and/or inclusions advertised without prior notice. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
Hassle-free Tours reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee and/or recover all disbursement incurred on all tours where less than 7 days; notice of cancellation is given. Cancellations made between 24-48hrs will incur a 50% cancellation fee and cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
In keeping with our Health and Safety policy, Hassle-free Tours requires the full names of every passenger travelling on our day tours. We also reserve the right to refuse any passengers if we are not completely satisfied that it is practicable and safe for them to participate in our tours. Passengers must advise if they have any physical conditions or concerns that may affect their safety or enjoyment of our tours. Passengers must follow all reasonable instructions given by our staff before, during and after the tour. Passengers are responsible for the safety and protection of their own personal possessions at all times.
Molesworth Tours reserves the right to use an alternative vehicle (without prior notice) than is advertised due to any unforeseen circumstances, including health and safety or mechanical concerns.
There is a strict no smoking policy (including e-cigarettes) on many parts of our tour due to the nature of the areas we operate in. Passengers must follow the instructions of our driver guide at all times. Re-creational drugs and alcohol are not permitted on any of our vehicles at any-time. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the immediate cancellation of your tour and forfeiture of payment.
All of our tours require that passengers wear sensible sturdy footwear and we suggest they bring a warm jacket.New Zealand's weather can change very quickly so it is best to be prepared for 4 seasons in one day.
Passengers must make us aware of any dietary requirements when food is provided on tour. We can cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc.
