While every effort is made to select reliable services, Molesworth Tours does not guarantee the availability or quality of any particular service or destination. We are not liable for service interruptions due to adverse weather conditions. Services may be altered or cancelled due to unforeseen events.
Molesworth Tours reserves the right to modify prices, schedules, and inclusions at any time without prior notice. All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
Molesworth Tours reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee and recover any costs incurred for cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before departure will incur a 50% fee, and cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
In line with our Health and Safety policy, Molesworth Tours requires the full names of all passengers. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it is unsafe or impractical for a passenger to join the tour. Passengers must inform us of any physical conditions or concerns that could impact their safety or enjoyment. All passengers are required to follow instructions from our staff before, during, and after the tour. Molesworth Tours is not responsible for the safety or protection of personal belongings during the tour.
Molesworth Tours may, without prior notice, substitute a different vehicle than originally advertised if necessary, including for health and safety or mechanical reasons.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited on many parts of our tours due to the nature of the environments we visit. Passengers must follow the instructions of the driver-guide at all times. Recreational drugs and alcohol are not permitted on any of our vehicles. Non-compliance may result in the immediate termination of your tour without a refund.
Passengers are required to wear appropriate, sturdy footwear for all tours, and we recommend bringing a warm jacket. New Zealand’s weather can be unpredictable, so it’s best to be prepared for a range of conditions in one day.
Passengers must inform us of any dietary requirements when food is provided as part of the tour. We are able to cater to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs with prior notice.
